The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a crucial role responsible for designing, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive traffic. This role requires a highly creative individual with experience in branding and a keen insight into the latest marketing trends. The Social Media Manager and Content Creator will work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with the company’s branding and promotional objectives. The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance and achieve target goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Craft engaging and compelling content tailored to each social media platform.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends and tools to improve growth strategy.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform content optimization efforts.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Engage with influencers and other brands to collaborate on cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to improve customer experience through social platforms.
  • Train and guide junior staff or interns on social media best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and brand policies in all social media activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with portfolio evidence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
