About The Role

Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

This role sits within our Growth Partnerships team, working with the Audi F1 Project to plan, deliver, and execute Revolut’s entrance into Formula 1 in 2026 as a future partner.

Were looking for a Marketing Manager specialised in delivering partner campaigns within motor sports, particularly Formula 1. You’ll develop strategy, plans, campaigns, and programmes using our sponsorship rights package, collaborating with other sponsor brands to drive brand awareness and trust, acquire new customers, boost customer engagement, and support product integrations and hospitality programmes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading the strategy and execution of Revolut’s Audi F1 title sponsorship
• Delivering full-funnel marketing campaigns, experiential activations, and hospitality programmes
• Acting as the main liaison between Revolut, Audi F1, and external partners to coordinate joint marketing efforts
• Building comprehensive GTM plans, coordinating with several internal and external stakeholders, and acting as main project owner
• Improving processes and driving efficiencies across markets, teams, and stakeholders
• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance with accuracy
• Optimising future campaigns based on metrics and insights
• Supporting internal teams in leveraging IP and sponsorship rights across channels and regions
• Attending selected F1 races to manage on-site campaigns and hospitality programmes
  
  

What Youll Need

• Experience working in Formula 1-related partnerships or campaigns
• A track record in partnerships marketing with multi-channel campaign execution
• A performance-driven approach to turning partnerships into growth channels
• An analytical mindset to optimise the marketing funnel based on performance data
• Creative thinking skills to design innovative campaigns and choose the right channel mix
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen to shape marketing plans based on partner proposals
• A problem-solving ability to resolve last-minute issues and unblock execution
