Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and digital graphics in line with project requirements.
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
• Produce original graphics and layout designs for print and online media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging in designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate applicable design innovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines consistently.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the company’s digital and print portfolios.
• Prepare and optimize various design files for web and print purposes.
• Conduct image research and retouching to enhance existing design assets.
• Assist in the development and execution of creative strategies and concepts.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed for quality assurance.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation in generating new ideas and design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
