Coordinate medical examinations in approved clinics and ensure timely receipt of fitness reports.

Arrange biometric appointments (fingerprinting, eye scans) and track completion.

Verify all travel and work documents including passports, visas, offer letters, and employment contracts.

Conduct thorough background checks of hiring companies and confirm job offers are authentic.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.

Candidate Support & Logistics

Provide guidance to candidates on required paperwork, travel arrangements, and pre-departure briefings.

Facilitate smooth onboarding upon arrival in the UAE, including coordination with the employer’s HR team.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of each recruitment case.

Prepare weekly status reports and address any issues with management.

Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in overseas recruitment or immigration services (preferably UAE/GCC).

knowledge of UAE visa, medical, and biometric procedures.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
