Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department by providing project coordination and administrative support. This position is integral to the implementation of marketing strategies and plans, as well as handling day-to-day operational tasks within the department. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and goals are achieved. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for marketing and creativity, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be crucial for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage timelines for the execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing content across various platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities with internal and external resources.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Handle communications with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders as directed by the marketing manager.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and compile reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Maintain and update the marketing department’s databases and contact lists.
  • Support the digital marketing team with website and social media updates and activities.
  • Assist with market research activities to gather insights on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the marketing industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—a proactive problem solver.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is highly desirable.
