With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for providing a full range of public relations and marketing activities for the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure the smooth operation of Sales and Marketing department.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides full administrative support activities for Marketing department including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence, establishment, and maintenance of various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate and organizing appointments and meetings.
• Liaise with the Marketing team in relation to necessarily follow up on queries, deadlines, request, and special activations.
• Coordinates media and influencers visits, including the preparation of all required collaterals.
• Assist in organization and execution of photoshoot on the resort.
• Assist in execution of required digital and social media activity.
• Assist in execution of media schedules for all advertising.
• Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as attending meetings, conducting site inspections, compiling contracts, writing reports, maintaining a logbook of activities and other specific duties related to the role.
• Acts with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing and Communication.
  
  

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Excellent spoken and written English. An additional language will be highly regarded. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
