Job Description
Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Ensure the executive lounge is impeccably clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for executive guests as needed.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and exceed their expectations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Uphold the hotels standards of excellence and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Experience in a 5 Star hotel , preferably in a food & beverage services role.
Flexibility to take on various shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
