Job Description

Position Summary

As an Analyst, Visa Direct Field Marketing CEMEA, you will report to the Director of Visa Direct Field Marketing CEMEA and play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of Visa Direct. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical, coordination, and execution support for field marketing activities, helping to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Visa Direct products and solutions across the CEMEA markets. You should have a passion for data-driven marketing, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from marketing, product, sales, and external partners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support Field Marketing Initiatives - Assist in the execution of regional Visa Direct marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Research and Analysis - Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights to support marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Reporting - Track and report on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and budget spend, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Content and Asset Localization - Adapt global marketing materials and content for CEMEA audiences, coordinating translations and ensuring local market relevance.
  • Project Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing programs, events, and co-marketing activities.
  • Client and Event Support - Assist in organizing regional events, webinars, and customer engagements, supporting pre-event planning, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with regional sales, product, and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives and communicate field feedback.
  • Administrative Support - Help manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with Visa processes and policies.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field

2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or a related function, ideally within B2B, financial services, or technology sectors

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare clear reports and presentations

Good organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Experience with marketing analytics, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms is a plus
