Market Access Manager

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Market Access Manager for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Acts as a point of contact between the company and the stakeholders.
• Partnering with key market stakeholders to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.
• Ensure enlisting, product availability and monitoring across the registed portfolio.
• Providing health economic and value training to field support teams; communicating the role of market access through presentations.
• Engaging in economic discussions to maximize portfolio access and drive expansion across various health insurance plans and sectors.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. A Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Strong network in market access within the industry and customer base in the UAE.
• Proven knowledge and experience of UAE healthcare ecosystem aling with scientific background.
• Knowledge and experience of enlisting proces and governance.
