Job Overview

Heres your chance to step into the role of Manager - Marketing - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, youll take on key responsibilities that include:

Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media, etc.)
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance, optimizing tactics to maximize ROI

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning

Brand Management

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Develop and enhance brand identity to strengthen market presence

Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost control
  • Track expenditures and assess financial performance of marketing activities

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
