Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

Description

• Support in implementation of risk management policy, framework, and initiatives across all business and support functions.
• Track trends and developments in macro business environment, competitive environment and regulations that may impact company’s business and its operations.
• Lead identification of potential strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks thorough ongoing risk assessments with relevant business leads.
• Support development of risk management action plans and track progress of these action plans to address key risks.
• Collate, aggregate, and help in presentation of the residual risk profile of the organization to the management on a periodic basis.
• Support the ERM leader in ensuring insightful, quality reporting regarding risks and mitigating controls / remedial actions is provided to the Audit Committee, and BoD as required, on periodic basis.
• Facilitate risk management knowledge and best practice sharing across the company by contributing in risk management training initiatives and programs.
• Support monitoring of the company’s Business Continuity Plans and Health & Safety plans.
• Support maintenance of Risk Registers and launch of Risk Management tool as required.
• Ensure risk management and tracking of additional risk dimensions such as regulatory compliance, statutory reporting and public disclosures.
• Develop and maintain engagement with internal stakeholders, and ensure that consistent risk management processes are implemented within the Company.
  
  

• MBA or CA is preferred. Additional risk management qualifications would be an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk function with total 7-9 years of experience.
• Risk Consulting experience with Big 4 or similar consulting firms, would be an advantage.
• Experience in Food Industry (Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail) would be an advantage.
