Job Description

The role of Manager - Client Relationship is pivotal in any organization that values maintaining and enhancing an outstanding level of client satisfaction. You will be the primary touchpoint for our valued clients, managing their experiences with strategic solutions that reinforce positive relationships and elevate client retention. Your role will involve developing personalized client strategies, addressing concerns proactively, and facilitating seamless communication between the company and its clients. You are expected to understand the clients’ needs deeply, align them with the organization's objectives, and ensure mutual growth and success. You will lead a team dedicated to fostering strong, lasting client relationships, using data-driven insights to optimize account strategy and client engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic client relationship management strategies and plans.
  • Oversee and manage a team dedicated to client relationship building and retention.
  • Analyze client data to make informed decisions and enhance relationship strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate clear and prompt communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Organize periodic reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to tailor services and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain client relations metrics to track and improve service effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior client relationship staff team members.
  • Prepare and present reports on client relationship status and improvement plans.
  • Foster a culture of proactive client service within the organization’s team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools for client relationship management.
  • Ability to handle complex client issues with a strategic and solutions-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability of interpreting data for informed decision-making.
