Job Description

As a Manager in Account Management, you will play a vital role in driving the company's success by ensuring robust client relationships and overseeing a team dedicated to achieving high standards of customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on managing and nurturing key client accounts, facilitating communication between clients and the company's operational teams. You will also strategize account development plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the account management team to ensure excellent client service.
  • Develop strategic account plans to engage clients and fuel growth opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate with key accounts to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Analyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in resolving escalated client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to propose tailored solutions that increase market share.
  • Monitor industry trends to preemptively address potential client challenges or needs.
  • Prepare reports on account status and present to senior management as required.
  • Collaborate in crafting and implementing strategies for client retention and win-back.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to enhance skills.
  • Visit client sites as necessary to understand their environment and business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within account management or similar field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic account initiatives successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and act on insights effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software tools and other related account management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
