Taaleem is seeking a Management Accountant – (P2P) to join our Central Office Finance Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting senior management with critical financial insights and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

What You’ll Do:

To be a reliable Management Accountant of Taaleem Holdings PJSC and be able to assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data. To oversee accounting procedures and record numbers for internal review to help Companys budget and perform better and be able to assume responsibility of cost accounting tasks and be both a strategist and a decision maker.

The main goal is to contribute to the decision-making process of Companys management that will ensure business growth and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA), higher level education in finance, strategy, business, or commercial discipline and relevant certifications.

Experience and Competencies:

• Proven experience as management accountant, accounting supervisor or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge or risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office.
