Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with property transaction laws.
  • Generate and manage leads through advanced prospecting techniques and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in luxury real estate sales required.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills needed.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury housing market and current trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software solutions.
