Job Description

The role of Legal Marketing & Customer Support is an integral position within our organization, aimed at bridging the gap between legal services and the customers who depend on them. This position requires a unique blend of legal knowledge, marketing acumen, and outstanding customer service skills to effectively communicate and uphold our brand’s image. The individual will work closely with legal teams to create marketing strategies that accurately reflect our services and reach targeted audiences. Moreover, customer support responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with legal services and products.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to create clear and informative marketing content.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries efficiently and accurately via multiple channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target markets for legal services.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance; suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and ethical guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate online and offline advertising campaigns in accordance with legal practices.
  • Assist in the organization of webinars and workshops that address legal services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Provide training and support to other customer service representatives regarding legal services.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve service processes and offerings continually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or customer support role within the legal sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal services and ability to communicate them clearly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing tools, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
