Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies for sourcing candidates. Your expertise in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers will ensure that we hire the best fit for each position. You will also contribute to our talent acquisition strategies by leveraging various platforms and technologies to reach potential candidates. This position demands a proactive approach to building a robust talent pipeline and maintaining a strong employer brand in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in human resources, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online channels and networks.
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Conduct interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Facilitate the interview and onboarding processes with prospective employees.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Ensure that all recruiting practices comply with federal and state regulations.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and processes.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking occasions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in human resources.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and ensuring compliance with recruiting practices.
