Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering within the offshore sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, or SACS.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in successful project delivery under strict deadlines and budgets.
