The Landscaping Estimator is a crucial role responsible for assessing the costs associated with landscaping projects. Responsibilities

• Evaluate project documentation to determine cost estimates for landscaping projects accurately.
• Perform on-site visits to assess physical characteristics of landscape sites and conditions.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand landscaping plans and requirements.
• Calculate and provide cost assessments for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
• Prepare detailed cost proposals and bid documents to present to potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in landscaping or construction estimating required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD or estimating software tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to calculate costs accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
