Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing our key client accounts delicately and ensuring long-standing and successful relationships with them. This role is crucial for our company's growth, with the Key Accounts Manager acting as the bridge between our key clients and our business. The ideal candidate is someone who can analyze data effectively and provide strategic insights to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, this role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and business objectives.
  • Strategize with internal teams to align offerings and services to client expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to key accounts.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of products and services to meet client demands.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply this knowledge in client meetings.
  • Analyze client data to identify sales opportunities and areas for account growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset for solving client issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
