The Role

As Junior Sommelier, you are starting to build your career in wine with a team that will teach you. You support wine service on the floor, look after the cellar, and learn the list inside out.

What You'll Do

• Support wine service on the floor
• Help guests with recommendations and pairings
• Look after cellar organisation and stock
• Support the sommelier team during service
• Learn the list and the producers behind it
• Help with tastings and wine events
  
  
  

• Some experience in wine service or a strong wine interest
• Holding a wine certification (WSET preferred)
• Warm and eager to learn
• Organised and reliable
