Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions at the register.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and complaints.

• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Bag, box, or wrap packages for customer purchases with care and efficiency.
• Verify the identity of card users and ensure the validity of transactions.
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
• Ensure receipts are provided for each transaction and correct change is given.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
