Junior Quality Controller (225-728)

As a Junior Quality Controller, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the high standards of quality for our products and services. You will assist in identifying and analyzing product-related quality issues and help implement solutions to improve the overall quality of the production process. Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting quality checks and audits on products and services regularly.
• Identify and analyze defects or discrepancies in production processes.
• Report quality issues to the senior quality controller for further action.
• Document quality checks and audits in detailed reports for review.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss quality improvement strategies.
• Assist in training staff on quality control measures and best practices.
• Help in developing and updating quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of new quality control processes and technologies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the quality assurance manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or relevant field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
