Key Skills

• Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IGMP, Multicast, …
• Customer-oriented approach with good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Linux command line.
• Basic proficiency in network switches configuration.
  
  

• First-level technical support for IPTV and network services.
• Provide clear guidance and support to technical and non-technical users.
• Uphold high customer satisfaction through professional client interactions.
• Collaboration with senior engineers for complex issues resolution
  
  

• Experience in Hospitality sector would be desirable.
• Experience in IPTV systems would be desirable
