We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Project Manager to join our team and oversee the seamless execution of our facility maintenance projects. With a keen eye for detail and expert project management skills, you will coordinate and lead maintenance activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a collaborative leader who can foster strong relationships with stakeholders, manage multiple projects concurrently, and consistently deliver results that enhance operational efficiency and safety. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute maintenance projects to meet organizational goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for project requirements and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and implement modifications to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess performance and adherence to standards.
  • Evaluate and optimize maintenance procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and department leadership regularly.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in project management and maintenance best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance or project management preferable.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale maintenance projects with diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project or equivalent.
