The position of Junior Key Account Manager is a critical role designed to support the growth and management of key client accounts. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will work closely with senior management and account teams to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Monitor client account metrics and provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure terms are favorable for both parties involved.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings to support business reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to apply best practices to client accounts.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns targeted at key accounts.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions that enhance client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills relevant to account management roles.
