Role Overview

As the Junior Fleet Sales Specialist - Truck Tyres, you will be responsible for selling Continental commercial truck tyres and related solutions by managing both existing and new customer accounts within your assigned territory. As part of our team in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, youll work in an ONSITE environment where you are expected to produce sufficient sales volume to achieve set objectives. This role requires you to develop expertise in techno-commercial value selling and provide market insights to support business and pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek and develop new fleet accounts while representing the company and product portfolio to potential customers.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate a techno-commercial sales approach to clearly communicate product value to fleet customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals as directed by management.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the value selling approach and apply it in consultative sales strategies.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions through the value selling method.
  • Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate logistics with the technical department.
  • Monitor the market and report on trends and competitive activity that can impact business and pricing.

Requirements For The Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tyre industry is required, with proven fleet sales experience preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
  • Proficient time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Capable team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Safety-conscious, always adhering to company and industry safety guidelines.
