Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining system efficiency, and providing technical support to staff across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
• Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring proper allocation and tracking
• Support data backup processes and recovery operations
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and service requirements
• Provide training and guidance to staff on basic IT procedures and security practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and office productivity tools
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection measures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service approach
