Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a service-based industry such as IT, software consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, skilled in lead generation and client outreach, and capable of supporting software implementation projects across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify leads through online platforms, databases, and scraping tools

  • Engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build lasting relationships

  • Manage client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups effectively

  • Present customized software solutions, close deals, and meet sales targets

  • Understand client business needs and recommend the right IT services/solutions

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation




  • Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-based industry

  • Proven B2B sales experience in IT services or software solutions

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead scraping, and outreach tools

  • Strong knowledge of software implementation cycles and client onboarding

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
