Job Description

As an IT Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company's technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach activities.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and feasible solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and develop business opportunities.
  • Offer feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, systems, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
