Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic management of System Integration Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AV and Enterprise IT products, a proven track record in channel sales, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize market penetration and financial performance.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 8-12 years in IT sales, with a focus on System Integration Channel Partners.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in AV and Enterprise IT products.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize gross margin.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage contracts.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of AV solutions, networking, and ELV infrastructure.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
CRM & Analytics: Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM tools.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Gross Margin Optimization: Maintain profitability across all sales transactions.
Partner Engagement: Increase partner participation in sales programs and training.
Market Expansion: Successfully onboard new channel partners.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
