Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our IT solutions and services. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their IT needs, and deliver innovative solutions that align with their business objectives. You will work closely with our highly skilled technical team to ensure clients are getting the most out of our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the IT sector to drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT requirements.
  • Provide clients with tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales successfully.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
  • Monitor sales metrics and aim to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote IT solutions and services.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for improvements.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related technical sales position.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to discuss them confidently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to close deals skillfully.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and MS Office Suite for productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns promptly.
  • Networking abilities to help grow a client base and increase market presence.
