IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager based in the UAE with a strong track record in delivering Data & AI Professional Services projects across the GCC market. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with international teams, and have expertise in Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake technologies—this role is for you.

The ideal candidate knows how to talk with a customers and how to navigate among their requirements, has experience with running IT Projects and has a high level of responsibility, independency and analytical skills.

• Min 4+ years of project management experience in delivering IT Professional Services and Fixed Fee (Fixed Scope) Projects
• Proven track record delivering projects to mid&large clients (500FTE to 50kFTE) and projects from $100k+
• Min 4+ years proficient knowledge of the UAE and the KSA markets, proven by references of projects delivered there
• Working with international project delivery Team
• Experience working with demanding Customers and successful track record in managing scope creeps, change requests and stakeholders’ expectations
• Perfect knowledge and use of project management framework and toolset to deliver the projects successfully
• Experience in delivering projects in any of Data & AI technology stack: Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake latest solutions (Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric, etc.)
• Presentation to C-level and Directors, negotiation, organizational, financial, written, and verbal communication skills required
• Very good English communication skills, Arabic would be an asset

What will you do?

• Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools for Professional Services and fixed fee projects
• Based on the Statement of Work, collaborate with senior stakeholders to plan the project scope, goals, success criteria, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop detailed project delivery plans covering timelines, budgets, resources
• Manage Customers’ expectations, scope creeps and change requests during the project lifetime
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Track in details project progress, including financial posture, adjusting schedules or plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status, milestones, and risks
• Manage mix of internal resources and third-party partnership resources to deliver the project as one Team
• Keep resources allocations updated in Elitmind’s internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (ex. with Finance to issue invoices)
• Manage multiple projects and programs from start to finish
