We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As an IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. You will also be tasked with managing cross-functional teams and fostering a conducive environment for team development. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, tasks, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Facilitate communication across departments and serve as the main point of contact for project status updates.
• Implement risk management procedures to mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, plans, and reports.
• Monitor and report on progress, problems, and solutions of the IT projects to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure continual project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a project manager in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
