An Administrative Assistant is a pivotal position within any organization, providing essential support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules and calendars for executives and staff members efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle all incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and organizational systems accurately and timely.
  • Assist in preparing and editing various documents and reports as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executive members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth office operations at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain utmost privacy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to human resources, such as timekeeping.
  • Support event planning and coordination for internal and external events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not mandatory.
