Job Description
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. They manage a team of IT professionals, develop IT strategies, and ensure the effective operation of all IT systems and services. The IT Manager collaborates with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives. They also manage IT projects, monitor the performance of IT systems, and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

- Ensure data security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and contractors.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
