As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory processes. Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and transactions.

  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual inventory budgets and forecasts.

  • Train and support staff on inventory control best practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies regarding inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in an inventory control role required.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
