Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive and mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing principles and industry-specific market conditions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Competence with standard business software and CRM systems is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
