Internship - Guest Relations - September 2025

Job Description

We are currently looking for passionate and dynamic Guest Relations interns who are open to development opportunities and exploration of the hospitality industry from a practical perspective. The role will focus on engaging with guests and leading activities such as morning walks, sunset walks by the creek, trips to popular attractions like the Gold Souk, Traditional Souk, and Dubai Mall, as well as in-house activities including Zumba sessions.

The duration of your internship will be minimum 6 months. Our training programmes are comprehensive and specifically tailored to the development needs of trainees. As an intern with Rotana, you will benefit from the following-

• Complete a successful training period and gain exposure in a professional work environment
• Attend various development programmes relevant to you
• Have the regular support of the Learning and Development department and Departmental Training Coordinator who will provide you with the necessary training, guidance and coaching
  
  

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be studying in or a recent graduate of a reputed Hotel Management School or University and have a strong passion for the Hospitality industry. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and a professional personal presentation.
