About Madinat Jumeirah

Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Front Office in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide guests with a unique and outstanding experience, ensuring all interactions are friendly and professional.
• Warmly welcome and orient guests while delivering effective and efficient service.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the respective domain (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Butler) to answer all facility, product, and service-related queries.
• Guide, promote, and upsell products and services related to the respective domain to increase sales and encourage repeat business.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests by using domain-specific applications for bookings, scheduling, and billing.
• Consistently maintain high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
• Available to start in August.
