Due to our continuous growth, we require an excellent teacher of Integrated Humanities & Social Studies to join our team starting from 15-09-2025. With the ability to inspire student inquiry and engagement, we are seeking applications from outstanding Integrated Humanities & Social Studies teachers. Those with experience in the IB MYP/DP with the ability to differentiate learning and to demonstrate a deep commitment to educating the child in a holistic manner are preferred.

The Role

As an Integrated Humanities & Social Studies Teacher for the MYP/DP curriculum, you will inspire and engage students in inquiry-based learning, delivering high standards in teaching, assessment, and reporting in their subject area. This role requires an enthusiastic educator who can motivate students, parents, and staff to achieve continued success. The successful candidate will emphasize holistic education, providing well-resourced lessons and promote every childs right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum content, maintaining outstanding teaching and assessment standards.
• Create a nurturing and engaging classroom that supports students right to learn.
• Develop differentiated lessons that meet diverse student needs, especially within the IB MYP/DP framework.
• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and peers to foster a positive educational experience.
• Engage in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall welfare of the school community.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Degree Major in Integrated Humanities & Social Studies Subject or equivalent
• PGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, Bachelors of Education or SACE;
• Minimum 2-3 years proven teaching experience essential; ideally within an IB school;
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding results;
• Professional commitment to the successful implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferred;
• Competent level of IT Skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with students, parent and peers;
• Be willing to engage in extra-curricular activities;
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the general welfare of the School.
