The Installation Supervisor - Mechanical plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the mechanical installation work on-site, ensuring that all procedures are implemented seamlessly and in compliance with operational standards. This position demands a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians and ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality installation of mechanical components, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process, and maintaining a safe work environment by following all regulatory and company guidelines. As the point of contact for on-site issues, the Installation Supervisor will employ excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise between engineers, project managers, and the crew, ensuring that installation projects are successful and client satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the mechanical installation team.
• Review project plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Ensure installation processes comply with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical installations or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex situations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various project stakeholders.
