Are you passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems? The Canadian University Dubai is looking for an energetic and resourceful Incubator Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Incubator Hub. You will be at the heart of empowering student and community entrepreneurs to build the ventures of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- As an Incubator Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the incubator and ensure a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate programs, events, and logistics to support incubated startups.
- Provide administrative and operational support to entrepreneurs, mentors, and advisors.
- Help design and implement incubation, pre-incubation, and bootcamp programs.
- Track progress and KPIs of incubated startups and foster a vibrant entrepreneurial culture.
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in startup programs, innovation hubs, or similar environments.
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event tools
- Experience with startup incubation or coworking spaces
- Knowledge of venture funding and startup metrics
- Event planning and community-building expertise
- Be part of an innovative, growing startup ecosystem inside a dynamic university.
- Collaborate with entrepreneurs, mentors, and thought leaders.
- Drive impact by supporting the next generation of startups.
