In the fast-paced world of marketing and communications, an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a cohesive and unified brand message across multiple channels. An IMC Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and engage target audiences effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, an IMC Specialist aims to create compelling storytelling initiatives that resonate with consumers, increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and ultimately contribute to achieving business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and brand messaging.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and display creative content that aligns with the brand and strategy.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance audience engagement and reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communication activities.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage budget allocations effectively to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with external agencies to outsource creative works when necessary.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand image and reputation.
  • Attend industry events and stay updated on marketing channel innovations.
  • Support digital marketing efforts through email campaigns and online advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve marketing challenges.
  • Experience in using social media platforms for business and marketing.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
