BettingJobs is working with a successful international sports betting and gaming manager who are looking for a iGaming operations, CRM and Product Lead to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• :Shape and execute product strategy in collaboration with leadership
• .Implement and manage a new gamification/CRM system to improve customer engagement
• .Plan and manage integrations with new game providers
• .Drive sportsbook product development and operational efficiency
• .Ensure promotional content aligns with business goals and brand identity
• .Analyze data to drive acquisition and retention, working with BI, VIP, and country teams
• .Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve
• .Ensure all marketing, CRM, and operational activities are legally compliant
• .Lead cross-functional planning for successful execution of campaigns and feature

Requirement

• s:Passion for gaming and deep understanding of online Gaming and casino product
• s.Considerable Sportsbook experience and Knowledge, having previously worked with sports betting customers/in an online sports betting environme
• nt3+ years’ experience in gaming industry operations or product managemen
• t.Strong background in loyalty, gamification, CRM, and campaign managemen
• t.Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns and product innovation
• s.Solid grasp of gaming markets across Africa, including legal and compliance nuance
• s.Adept at working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners/provider
• s.Strategic mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skill
• s.A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards of integrity and customer experienc
• e.Experience working across multi-country African market
• s.Familiarity with bonus engines and gamification platform
• s.Knowledge of payments, affiliate marketing, and regulatory framework
