Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Summary

• 2–4 years of overall QA experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably Agile.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data for new features and regression testing.
• Independently execute test scripts and log defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs and services.
• Prior experience with Ubuntu, Tanzu Kubernetes OS, and databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Solid knowledge of writing SQL queries and debugging integration and product issues.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like qTest and JIRA.
• Experience with test automation frameworks for both API and Web UI are a strong advantage.
• Update product documentation to reflect functional changes in each release.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computers or information technology or similar engineering (B.E) or any masters degree
