Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems on-site.
• Ensure all HVAC projects comply with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess system performance and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.

Requirements

• A certification or diploma in HVAC technology or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Proven supervisory experience in managing teams and projects effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operation procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
