Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in the success of any organization by fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring the alignment of the human resources strategy with business objectives, and managing day-to-day HR operations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can guide HR policies, procedures, and programs with a focus on performance management, employee development, and organizational culture. The HR Manager also acts as a bridge between management and employees, promoting communication and trust. Excellent leadership skills are required to oversee the HR team, mentor staff, and implement effective HR strategies that meet current and future organizational needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs effectively.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through workforce planning efforts.
  • Monitor HR systems to ensure efficiency and improve HR analytics.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with values.
  • Manage succession planning and identify high potential employees for growth.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and best HR practices required.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills are necessary.
  • Ability to strategize and implement HR policies effectively and efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation ability.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll systems.
