Job Description

The Human Resources Manager position is an essential role within our organization, acting as a key driver and advocate for our people strategy and policies. The HR Manager will lead the HR team and work closely with the senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role requires a combination of strategic insight and hands-on operational HR expertise to ensure the delivery of effective HR services throughout the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention rates across the organization.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits structure to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR executive role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and human resource management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing HR strategies and managing HR projects.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing HR operations in dynamic environments.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
