Job Description

The Human Resources Executive is a strategic role critical to shaping the work culture and policies of a company. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws. As an HR Executive, you will be tasked with advising senior management on HR strategies and ensuring that all HR programs align with the business objectives and foster a positive working environment. You will play a pivotal role in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Being a seasoned HR professional, you are expected to handle complex employee relations issues with the utmost integrity and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep sense of empathy, and a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for the organization.
  • Implement and oversee employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and development programs.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that supports the company's vision and mission.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards in all HR operations.
  • Conduct workforce planning to address future staffing requirements and skills shortages.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to design and implement career development paths.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess HR program effectiveness and impact.
  • Advise senior management on strategic HR goals, developments, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in diverse sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
